Description:
Red Garden Paint’s Wood Adhesive is a specially formulated
single component, PVAc based wood glue. It is used in the manufacture
of a wide range of furniture, prefabricated wooden houses and
veneering application. Wood Adhesive is also used for bonding
Formica and other synthetic laminates to wood based material.
Surface Preparation
And Application:
Ensure that all dust, dirt and foreign matter
is removed.
An even film of the Wood Adhesive is brushed, or roller coated
onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. Double sided application
is recommended for hard and exotic timber.
Assembly:
Parts should be assembled while the adhesive
is still wet and then clamp in position for a period of not
less than 4 hours. Hot press application required 5 minute press
at 80° C.
Uses:
Bonding wood to wood, veneer, plastic laminate,
chipboard, hardboard and block board.

its products, nor the condition of the surfaces to which they
are applied, a Limited Warranty is provided. If the products
do not perform as specified. Red Garden Paints liability will
under no circumstances exceed replacement of the product. |

Recommended spreading rate per liter based upon minimum recommended
dry film thickness per coat. No allowance is made for material
loss during application.
