A great stain-blocking interior primer that dries fast to enhance job efficiency. This interior Sealer Primer performs on a variety of projects, from repair to rehab and restoration to new and unpainted surfaces. It ensures topcoat uniformity, seals out stains like graffiti, rust, chalk lines, pencil and crayon with ease and is especially effective on water sensitive stains , dried water damage, smoke stains and related odors. Topcoats go on smooth and the painted area is left fresh and new. Use on drywall, cured plaster, ceiling , paneling, previously painted surfaces.

Surface preparation:

Scuff the surface with rubbing stone to remove any loose and friable material. Check that the surface is dry. Scrap down the old paint, especially the white wash to remove all the loose material.
