Introduction:
RG-2090-Roof Coat is a specially blended One Component, Cold
Applied and Ready To Use polymer based air drying sealing-insulating
and waterproofing compound based on SAR and other essential
resins.
Surface preparation :
When applying make sure that the surface to be applied is dry,
free from dust, dirt, oil, and grease. Press fill uniformly
to the deep without leaving any air pocket or cavities to obtain
best results.
Uses:
The application of RG-2090 Roof Coat are many and varied. It
is ideal for waterproofing of roofs, basements, OH/UG tanks,
pools, ponds, foundations, Construction-Expansion joints, Asbestos
sheet gaps, RCC pipe joints, Pre cast slab gaps etc.
Application Procedure;

Applying 1st coat of
mixture of RG-Uni Bond Adhesive and Roof Coat ( 60;40
), as primer coat diluted with normal potable water between
10 to 20% depending upon the atmospheric conditions and
temperature of the surface applied on. |

Thorough checking of the primed surface
of voids, holes, cracks & gaps and repairing/filling
the same using |
|
RG-2030-Flexi Bond. |
|
Applying 2nd coat of RG-2090 Roof
Coat. |
|
|
Applying 3rd coat of RG-Uni Bond
Adhesive and subsequently firmly pasting 8-10 Oz. Canvas
Cloth ( 4th coat/Ply ) while the same is wet with 2 inches
overlap on all joints/laps including 4" drop on all
edges. In case of roof having parapet walls/rises at least
6" vertical pasting to be carried out. |

Applying 5th coat of RG-Roof Coat
over the Canvas cloth surface suitably diluted. It is
advisable to apply |

flood coat diluting upto 30% with
normal potable water. |

Securing edges of all lap joints
and edges by RG-2030 Flexi Bond. |

Applying 6th coat as final coat of
RG-Roof Coat. |

its products, nor the condition of the surfaces to which they
are applied, a Limited Warranty is provided. If the products
do not perform as specified. Red Garden Paints liability will
under no circumstances exceed replacement of the product. |
