Description:

Red Garden Paint’s Waterproof is a liquid elastomeric, one-pack, acrylic copolymer based coating with excellent weather resistance. It seals hairline cracks, stops seepage and forms an impermeable film which gives long life flexibility and ideally suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions.

Primary use:

Waterproof is a vapour permeable, seamless liquid compound which dries to give a flexible, tough, solar reflective, waterproof coating.

Surface Preparation And Application:

Ensure that all dust, dirt, and foreign matter is removed from the roof surface. All cracks should be properly repaired with acrylic filler. Prime the surface by diluting Waterproof with 15-20% water. Waterproof may be applied by brush, roller or spray, depending on the size of the area to be treated. Apply two to three coats of Waterproof embedding glass fibre scrim in areas which require reinforcement. Allow material to dry between coats. Lay at right angles to the first. Do not apply if there is likelihood of rain as Waterproof is not resistant to rain until fully dry. Do not brush like a paint. Tools should be washed in water. Can be applied on Lightweight Concrete screed, Asbestos-Cement. Asphalt, Built up felt, Slate or tiles and Timber.

Water	Coated concrete block does not show measurable Water absorption. Prolonged immersion in Water does not effect the cured coating. waterproof shows excellent resistance to the effect of Ponded Water.
Permeability	1.8 gms per m per 24 hours at 25°C with 75% humidity.
Storage Stability	Eight to Ten Months when stored properly in Original sealed containers in a dry place.

Note: Recommended spreading rate per liter based upon minimum recommended dry film thickness per coat. No allowance is made for material loss during application.

Since Red Garden Paints does not control the application of its products, nor the condition of the surfaces to which they are applied, a Limited Warranty is provided. If the products do not perform as specified. Red Garden Paints liability will under no circumstances exceed replacement of the product.
