Description and Uses : A Bituminous based coating specially formulated for protection of foundation and sub-structural surfaces. It resists fully against electrolysis, chemicals and salts which consists mainly of sulphates, chlorides and carbonates. It provides perfect damp proofing.

It can be used above or below grade. Generally coated to exteriors of foundation walls prior to filling. It has also proved as an ideal anti-corrosive Primer for pipes and it requires no heating or thinning.

APPLICATION : Can be applied with brush, roller or spray. The surface to be applied Should be dry and free from oil, grease and dirt’s etc.

COVERAGE : Approximately 4-5 Sq. M/Liter depending upon surface condition and applied thickness.

DRYING : Surface dry 6-8 hours.

NOTE : Back fill after surface drying.

Since Red Garden Paints does not control the application of its products, nor the condition of the surfaces to which they are applied, a Limited Warranty is provided. If the products do not perform as specified. Red Garden Paints liability will under no circumstances exceed replacement of the product.
