Introduction:
RG-2030 Flex Bond is non-flammable, non-toxic,
weathering and UV light, water proof, fire retardant , non-corrosive
and elastic insulant sealant. It adheres to every substance/surface
such as concrete, metals, plastics, wood, cloth, paper, board,
polyurethane foams, glass etc. except silicone.
It has expansion & contraction properties. It can be re
used. Duct/Expansion joints/gaps so sealed with RG-2030 Flex
Bond alone can be removed very easily whenever required.
Surface preparation
:
When applying make sure that the surface to
be applied is dry, free from dust, dirt, oil, and grease. Press
fill uniformly to the deep without leaving any air pocket or
cavities to obtain best results.
Application/Uses:tion:
The application of RG-2030 Flex Bond are many
and varied. It is ideal for universal bonding as well as is
an excellent water seal, vapor seal and expansion joint material
and is also suggested for all metal jacketing systems. It has
practically no volatiles that would cause it to shrink when
it is used to seal the joints of impermeable materials.
