Description

Red Garden Paint’s CRP-5 ( Chlorinated Rubber Based Paint ) has good film forming properties, easy to apply, fast solvent release, low water vapour permeability and excellent chemical resistance. This coating has excellent weather resistance and good resistance to a wide range of chemicals including aqueous solutions of Acids, Alkalis, Corrosive Gases, high Alkalinity of Concrete and Asbestos Cement. It is a versatile coating for substrates i.e. concrete, wood and metal. It is suitable for application in industrial atmospheres and aggressive conditions, such as fertilizer factories , chemical plants, hospitals, pharmaceutical industries, swimming pools and as Marine Coatings.

The British Code of Standard Practice CP2008/BS5493 recommends Chlorinated rubber based paint as one of the systems suitable for structures of all types exposed to sea water or chemicals i.e. Bridges, Transmission Towers, Plants, Buildings, Electrical Industries, Exposed Pipe line and storage Tanks.

Surface Preparation And Application:

Proper surface preparation is the key to success in paint application. Ensure the surface is cleaned from dust, rust, grease or any contaminations. Best results are obtained on surfaces prepared according to Swedish Standard SIS 05.59.00 Sa 2.5

Note: Recommended spreading rate per liter based upon minimum recommended dry film thickness per coat. No allowance is made for material loss during application.

Since Red Garden Paints does not control the application of its products, nor the condition of the surfaces to which they are applied, a Limited Warranty is provided. If the products do not perform as specified. Red Garden Paints liability will under no circumstances exceed replacement of the product.
